10 front squats, 60 lbs
10 burpee pull-ups

Vi-shake
no caffeine
 no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
 drink water every day

    40 lbs
    Subbed regular burpees

    Squats no weight
    First time doing burpees since pregnancy. Felt good but hated them!

  3. Ran 3 miles in 23:20 after thanksgiving dinner, so I was a bit weighted down 🙂

    Then 4:25

    95# fs
    Burpee pull ups.

  4. 6:18; 20# in each hand (so 40# ) squats, chair assisted pull up after each burpee. Feeling stronger. 🙂

    It's amazing how a few burpees can get your heart racing!
