10 front squats, 60 lbs
10 burpee pull-ups
Post time to comments. 

90 DAY CHALLENGE VIII: DAY 44

Vi-shake
no caffeine
 no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
 drink water every day

    Ran 2 miles after and my goodness. Feel so out of shape!

    Ran 3 miles in 23:20 after thanksgiving dinner, so I was a bit weighted down 🙂

    6:18; 20# in each hand (so 40# ) squats, chair assisted pull up after each burpee. Feeling stronger. 🙂
