15 push press, 20 lbs
30 double-unders (120 single jump rope)

    Question: Does anyone here regularly do double unders? Did you buy a special jump rope? How did you learn how to do them?

  3. Completed on 11/19. 9 rounds. Full burpees, 35# press, single jump ropes. Then tricep workout. Then RPM.

  4. 8 rounds in 20:23. 20# pp. for once, the burpees and single jump ropes seemed easy – the shoulder work was slowing me down!

    Sore throat and feeling horrible but I'm hoping a little bit of sweat will burn it out of me.

  7. I did 6 rounds in 13:45, then had to stop due to time restraints. I did 10# in each hand for the pp (so 20# total) and did su jump rope.
