Tuesday 11.18.14

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 burpees
15 push press, 20 lbs
30 double-unders (120 single jump rope)

    Completed on 11/19. 9 rounds. Full burpees, 35# press, single jump ropes. Then tricep workout. Then RPM.

    8 rounds in 20:23. 20# pp. for once, the burpees and single jump ropes seemed easy – the shoulder work was slowing me down!

    I did 6 rounds in 13:45, then had to stop due to time restraints. I did 10# in each hand for the pp (so 20# total) and did su jump rope.
