Front squat, 60 lbs

  1. 3:48 as rx'd
    Squats were not very low. I felt like I lost form the lower I went. I think the weight was too heavy.

    vs. 4:24 and 4:50-70lb and 45lb squats

  2. 4 mile run
    Then this workout. Very slow, I've grown weak
    But gotter done!

    95lb DL
    65lb FS – have to clean it so I couldn't go heavier

    Then did a rowing work out.

    4 Rounds of 500 m with pull ups, push ups, sit ups and a hand stand between rounds. (Only one of those between each round.)


  4. 5:27 with 60# for both.

    Last years time was 60:45, hoping that was a typo for 6:45. Much improvement so I'm happy!

  5. Vs july @3:20. A little over 1 min more but only 40# squat vs 85# squat. Ill take it!

  6. Around 5:11, not sure my stopwatch is accurate. 50#

  7. About 7 minutes (forgot to start my stopwatch on time, so I'm estimating). 20# in each hand, so 40# total.
