    Squats were not very low. I felt like I lost form the lower I went. I think the weight was too heavy.

    vs. 4:24 and 4:50-70lb and 45lb squats

    65lb FS – have to clean it so I couldn't go heavier

    Then did a rowing work out.

    4 Rounds of 500 m with pull ups, push ups, sit ups and a hand stand between rounds. (Only one of those between each round.)

    TIRED!

    5:27 with 60# for both.

    Last years time was 60:45, hoping that was a typo for 6:45. Much improvement so I'm happy!

    Vs july @3:20. A little over 1 min more but only 40# squat vs 85# squat. Ill take it!
