With a continuously running clock do one butterfly sit-up the first minute,
two sit-ups the second minute, three sit-ups the third minute…
continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  1. Can't seem to do sit ups two days in a row! My tailbone is raw. 🙁 Save for later. Did the WOD from crossfit.com from Tues.

    Inverse Tabata Shoulder Press, 30#, total = 59
    Inverse Tabata [Back] Squat, 60#, total = 35
    Inverse Tabata Deadlift, 80#, total = 40

  2. 17 round = 153 sit-ups. Form was getting sloppy and was already running out of time.

  3. that should say 24 rounds, but only 19 the last one. 🙂 (i do this with a pillow under my bum and back though b/c of tailbone issues…)
