10 Pull-ups (assist as necessary)
20 Lunges
30 Push-ups
40 Butterfly sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

    1/2 boy 1/2 girl pu each round
    Didn't include rests in time. I didn't take full rest between rounds- probably more like 90 sec

  2. Only had time for three rounds
    30 regular push-ups on first round, last two rounds were 10 regular, 20 modified push-ups. All sit-ups were arms crossed.
    5:39, 6:01, 5:33 Roughly 1-1 1/2 min breaks

    Unassisted kipping pull ups the first round. Assisted with green band other four, though i threw some unassisted ones in there two.

    BPU the first round, then half boy have mbpu all the others.

    Then ran 3.5 miles.
