  1. I just wanted to check in to say hi!! We had our baby boy on Friday in the early morning hours. Brooks weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and 21 and 1/4 in long. He's healthy and doing really well!!
    I miss the workouts but I know I will be back with you all as soon as I can

  6. 5:00 for the first round with a phone call in there somewhere. Restarted timer and 7:59 for last 3 rounds
