    Did "Mia" from 11-4-13
(A Hero WOD after my baby girl!)

    22:37
Slower- but moved up in weight
    25# thrusters
Subbed 25# high pulls for swings (still afraid of "swinging" motion with my back!)
Will make this one up later 🙂

    6:18, 30# on snatch.

We did this on 2/28. I was 6 sec slower with 10# heavier (and better form) on snatch.

Plus ran 1.25 miles afterward. Had a tough day @work & really felt like running. So odd since I usually hate it but every once in awhile feel like it. Breathing was in a groove wasn't tired & felt like going forever!

9:39; 20# in each hand for everything. snatches were done one arm at a time with dumb bells (recommended number of reps with each arm).
