30#- 8 reps ea min
40#- 5 reps each min
My back is the best that it's felt in 7 months. Afraid to go too heavy too soon- and I know it would have been a struggle to get 5 reps out.

made it through 5 rounds of 60#. wanted to keep going, but my shoulders are already going to kill me tomorrow.
20 min ending with 40#. Short on time so did 10 rep ea minute.
30 min. run(5 min. warm-up, 10 rounds of 1 min. sprint and 1 min. jog, and 5 min. cool down)
Completed up to 28 mins.
2 rounds at 65#
Didn't have 60# weight, so used the 65#s I had instead.
Up to 10 minutes with 20#
Now off to walk for an hour.

Still protecting my back post-surgery so didn't want to go too heavy overhead.
