  1. 29:20; thankful that I didn't break my leg running through walnuts in the road 🙂

    QUESTION: when it just says 'cleans,' does that mean every rep is a full clean (deadlift, clean to full squat)??

    1. Every rep is a full clean but not a squat clean, so no full squat. Just deadlift to clean.

  2. 24:52. 30# cleans and thrusters.

    I had lots of excuses today but did the WOD anyway. 🙂

    **and I had to sign for a package after my first mile so not sure how much that slowed me down. 🙂 Who am I kidding I probably needed the breather. The cleans and thrusters kicked my butt today!

  4. Trudged through the snow with kids in a sled for .5 mile

    Then half mile warm up.

    45lb Clean & thrusters – should have gone heavier on the cleans, but didn't want to have to change weights half way through.

    Then ran another mile and then trudged back to my house through the snow with kids in sled.

    Altogether, not a light exercise day!
