15 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
20 walking lunges

  1. 3 round, decided to commit to doing double unders 🙂 took a lot of tries to get them, 15# kb

  2. 6 rounds plus jr and 10 KB swings.

    I liked that one! Wish I had a heavier KB though.

    After I did GI Jane: 100 burped pullups. Ouch.

    6 rounds + jr & kbs

    Sjr & 20 kb need heavier kb…

    Treadmill is shot, so no running….. 🙁

    Glad everything was fine, just crazy. Just got through my 1 yo major cold and my 3 yo with flu and throwing up…. Yuck!

  5. 5 rounds plus jump rope, kettle bell swings and 10 lunges. Finished 10 lunges after the timer for 6 rounds. Tried doubles for the first round then single jump rope.

    Subbed 1 up/down stairs for jr

  7. 4 rounds had to keep stop during jump ropes to pull up my pants! Time for some new work out pants 😉 2nd WOD of the day
