21 bench press, 20 lbs
21 knees-to-elbows
21 body surfers (supermans with bent legs)

  1. 4 rounds up to 17 k2e of 5th. Those k2es killed my time–my hands hurt so badly! Subbed push ups for bench because no bench

    (Plus push press and 7 KTE)

  3. 5 rounds plus bench press and 1 knees to elbows

  4. 6 rounds plus 10 bench press. 30# bench press, half KTE on bar

    39 weeks pregnant (baby's coming Thursday unless he comes earlier)

  6. 6 rounds, 45# chest press, Supermans on ab horse. Then 75 burpees. Then RPM. Teaching body step tonight.

  7. 7 rounds in 15:32 (all I had time for!)

    Had my one year old crawling all over me during this one. Actually had to take a break with 6 mins left because I bonked her and she got ticked. 🙂

    Knees on bar. Touched on maybe half.

    1-3 rounds 45#bench
    4-8 rounds 55#bench
    Kte bar more like to chest
