reduce sugar intake

    25 burpees (I did them to plank)

    Not enough time, so I cut everything in half (.75 mile run, 75 burpees, .75 mile run). Wowzers. 21 minutes even. I was running like a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter on that last one!

    Good work James family for doing the whole thing!

    1st day joining Hiit Mamas … wasn't able to complete everything.

    Ran 1 mile and walked .5 mile
    30 burpees (broke up in sets)
    Walked .5 mile

    I did this yesterday in 51:37.
    First run: 12:20
    150 burpees: 23:30
    Second run: 15:47

    I'm SO sore today!!!! I'm happy that I completed it though!
