  6. Not enough time, so I cut everything in half (.75 mile run, 75 burpees, .75 mile run). Wowzers. 21 minutes even. I was running like a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter on that last one!

    Good work James family for doing the whole thing!

  7. Did yesterday's work out after I saw todays. Yikes! Looks tough! I'll try to make it up later this week.

    I'm SO sore today!!!! I'm happy that I completed it though!
