“Cat Fight”

3 rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10 lb ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 20 lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 18″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 20 lbs (Reps)
Butterfly sit-ups (Reps)
Rest 1 minute

In
this workout you move from each of five stations after 1
minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a 5
minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before
repeating. At the beginning of each minute, the athletes must move to
next station
immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

  9. Wow, been really low energy recently and I second Andrews Family, Heather Foster, you ARE freakin awesome!

    WB – 30, 31, 30 – 10lb ball
    SDHP – 20, 20, 18 – 40 lbs
    BJ – 20, 19, 20 – 18 "box had to do some step ups because I was too tired and cautious to leap about on the box.
    Push Press – 25, 24, 22 – 40 Lbs
    BSU – 34, 30, 35

    Total was 376 vs 446 in June. BUT I doubled my weights for SDHP and PP. My numbers were almost the same for WB, BJ and BSU.

    Ran 2.5 miles.

    1. One armed, thrusters instead of wall ball. 5# thrusters, 10# sumo
