    Compared to 15:36- even though I made a couple of mods for lower back

  3. Timer malfunction…I know it was under 13 minutes though. (squats at 20,30,45lbs., all arms crossed bsu, all kte on bar)

    50 bsu arms crossed, 25 straight out, last 25 crossed again.
    1/2 kte on bar 1/2 on floor
