My kids were up ALL NIGHT! I tried to do the WOD, got through one round plus lunges on the next round before my exhaustion took over and I felt like I might collapse. No energy. 🙁

I don't do any warm up. I just jump in and try to get it done before the kids wake up! I'm curious to see if others warm up though.
