20 Overhead walking lunges, 20 lbs
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

  7. My kids were up ALL NIGHT! I tried to do the WOD, got through one round plus lunges on the next round before my exhaustion took over and I felt like I might collapse. No energy. 🙁

  8. Ran 4 mile tempo run (before I had looked at the WOD)

    Dripping sweat!

  11. Ladies question to all: do you always do a warm up if it doesn't have one like today's workout. Thanks for replying

    1. I don't do any warm up. I just jump in and try to get it done before the kids wake up! I'm curious to see if others warm up though.

    First 2 rounds weight over head for lunges. Next 2 rounds held weight at cheat level.

    Completed this after doing 9/22 WOD

  13. Pat 15:15 (#25 plate) added #5 and took off 33 sec

    Maria 17:36 (#15db's) added #10 and added 1min 40 sec (hip has been hurting)
