“Seven SEVENS”


7 rounds for time of:
7 handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
7 thrusters, 20 lbs
7 knees-to-elbows
7 deadlifts, 60 lbs
7 burpees
7 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
7 pull-ups (assist as needed)

Vi-shake
no caffeine 
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake
drink water every day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives

    This was a 'really good workout.' 🙂 Also had to stop twice to blow my nose. I've had this cold for a month and I am so done!!
