  1. 9:30 on vaca and no bar, so subbed squats and butterfly sit ups for k2es

    Knees on bed.
    Finished and then attempted 3 full handstand push-ups, couldn't get all the way down on them, but I think I'm getting there…

    First 2 rounds did 15 push ups on 12 in box then ended in GPU. Rest all on 12 in box, not super deep but getting there
    Knees to chest on bar
    30 sec high plank
    30 sec low prank
    30 sec alternating leg lift plank

  6. 30 minute swim
    Handstand push ups only half way but getting better
    K2E on bar

  7. Ran 2 miles

    HSPU in pike feet on bar of treadmill
    KTE 25% on bar the rest with dangling elbow straps


    Ran 2.5 miles

  8. pike PUs and KTE on floor as much as possible, subbed CFSU and crunches when SI in pain
