Wednesday 08.27.14

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of power snatch, 20 lbs
1 minute of butterfly sit-ups
2 minute of power snatch, 20 lbs
2 minute of butterfly sit-ups
3
minute of power snatch, 20 lbs
3 minute of butterfly sit-ups

Post reps for each set to comments.

90 DAY CHALLENGE VII: DAY 44
Vi-shake
no caffeine 
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake
drink water every day

    My snatches always feel weird. There is too much to make sure I'm doing right at the same time.

    Sit ups: 32, 64, 92

    Snatches were with 10 lb dumbbell. I did half the time with one arm then switched. I feel awkward doing them and wanted to work on getting them right before adding more weight. This video really helped me understand how to do correct form (with dumbbells). It's long but good.

    So I remembered the WOD wrong and did three rounds of 1 minute of Snatch & BSU.

    I had also done about thirty practice snatches because I am not comfortable with them. Some of my practice ones were with 55 lbs.
    45 lb snatch.
