    1. Ugh!! Just did the ugly cry. First day of preschool of my baby and first day of prek for my big baby 🙁

  2. 1st day baby after baby! 2 mile run and then 20# 12-9 (12-21 for dips). 3:19 and I don't think I'll be able to walk tomorrow:). Baby steps.

    Last time was 3 something but with half the weight and bent leg dips.

    Sprinted another 2 miles

  10. Pat 7:16 #75 (added #10 and added 3min)

    Maria 8:51 #50 (added #10 added over 4 min) really slow today

  11. Completed with 2-10# DBs, didn't time. Realized later, injured SI joing again.
