15 Box jumps, 18″ box
12 Push press, 20 lbs
9 Knees to elbows

    10 rounds plus box jumps on 11th. (Was in the air on the last box jump in the timer went off…)

    18" box (stood all the way up at the top of each jump… so hard.)
    35Lb push press
    KTE – half on bar, half hanging arm straps from bar.

    SO STINCKIN SORE this week! Will it ever end???????

    I am really sore this week, especially my glutes today!
