  1. Really wanted to do "Hawk" from a blog I read.
    Run 1 mile
    15 burpees (squat thrusters)
    50 walking lunges
    25 squats
    50 med ball thrusters (12 lb)
    25 push-ups (gpu)
    25 squats
    15 burpees
    1 mile run (to save time I just finished with 400 m)

    On a side note- asking those Mamas who are women of faith to pray for peace in Ferguson, MO. This community is about 20 minutes from where I live and 10 minutes from where I teach. As I workout with the TV on its depressing to hear as that's all that's on. St. Louis really is a good place and there are many good people here. Thank you 🙂

  5. Hiked 1.5 miles up a mountain. Think that equals 100 lunges and 100 squats lol. At each of the 12 switchbacks I stopped and did 10 push ups against the side of the trail for a total of 120 push ups then 100 butterfly sit ups when I got home 🙂

  6. Got a free pass to the local gym today so I did:

    5 rounds
    row 500m, rest 1 min
    was about 15 minutes total time

    Then did 1 hr kickboxing class. Fun to change it up a little!

    Did 25 push-ups finished sit-ups and squats, then 25 more push-ups. It's all I had. A 5 month break and new spine is brutal.

    Ran 1/4 mile for warm up
    Slower than last time, don't know why or how i did it so fast, my muscles just didn't want to do push ups or situps!

    Walking lunges, 20 push ups, 20 mpu, then alternated 10 regular 10 mpu to 100. Bsu arms crossed, squats past parallel.
    Vs. 20:09 all mpu and 75 arms crossed sit ups. Vs. 21:12

  13. Did the whole WOD outside. Nice change.

    Ran 1.5 miles outside.

    SOOOOOO SORRRREEEEEEEEEE! Monday killed me. I have been hobbling around the last couple of days and I had to take Tuesday off.. 🙂

  17. Completed on 9/9 after 9/9 wod. 14:33. Abs on ab horse/machine. Then body pump.
