12 walking lunge steps
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 hip extensions
5 pull-ups

no food after 8:00pm

  1. 13 rounds
    Ended up using 20# kb w/ lunges after 3rd round.

  2. 16 plus lunges and 6 sit ups. Finished round 17 after timer. Jumping pull ups

  3. 16 rounds
    At first I was dreading a 30 minute work-out and didn't think I'd be able to get through the whole thing without my kids needing me, but it actually happened and it felt like such a treat to have 30 minutes to myself to start my day!

  4. 12 rounds in 23:10.
    On heels for hip extensions.
    Jumping pull ups.

    Ran out of time. My oldest caught strep for the first time and is on his FOURTH round of antibiotics. Have to go to the drs and see if it's really gone this time. 🙁

  5. 13 rds

    Lunges with 15# over head
    Hip extensions with 12# on hips
    DLHP for pull ups with #30

    Tabata Thursday! Mountain climbers/plank jacks
    100 sit ups

    Speed work on treadmill

  6. 13 rounds plus lunges and BFSU.

    Pull ups all band assisted

  7. Completed on 11/4 after 11/4 wod. 9 rounds abs and hip extensions on ab machine 70# assistance on pull ups. Then body pump.
