    13 rounds plus 4 PP. Felt slow and was slower than April, which was 14 rounds.

    Sat -100 sit ups any way you want them. I did 25 each: crunch, reverse crunch, KTE on floor and bicycle
    Sun – 100 shoulders: 25 each: lateral raises, front raises, push press, Y raises
    Monday Mile – do a mile of some activity (run, walk, row, swim)

  17. Ran 1.5 miles to warm up. Mistake, as it made me tired before I even started.

    15 Rounds with 17 seconds left on the timer.
    Last time I did 17. BUT, this time I did 35 lb PP the whole time. Last time was 20 -30 alternating rounds.
    And I did 25 lb KBS this time as apposed to 20 lbs last time.

    And I am now standing all the way up on my box jumps now. Took me a while to get the rhythm right.
    18" box.

    Then I ran another 1.5 miles outside to finish off.

  18. Didn't have my box, its being borrowed again so i did burpees as sub.
    10 rounds + pp + swing + 6 burpees.

    Push press 1-5 rounds 30#, 6+ rounds 20#
    Kettle 20#
    Wish i had my box cos burpees mixed with those arm motions killed my arms! Will be so sore tomorrow! 🙂

  20. Did this as a second workout oafter 7/22's workout, so I was considerably slower than on 4/8
    30# PP, 25# KBS, 20" box

    Approximately 1 pound of sweat.

  25. Have been on a break due to a pulled muscle in my back last week. Tried the WOD today, quit after 6 rounds, I could start to feel the injury and I don't want to aggravate it. I'll try again later in the week. Miss doing these WOD's.

  26. Completed on 7/24. 11 rounds. 45# press, 26# kettle ball, 24in box. Then body pump.
