10 Wall ball shots, 10 lb ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
 20 Jump rope

Vi-shake
no caffeine 
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake
3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives
eliminate wheat
finish strong!

    12# for kettle bell swings (all I had).

    I've been on back to back business trips. Did what I could while traveling. Feels great to be back!

    9# squat extensions for wb
    20# high pull for kb swing
    20 step ups on 18" box for jr

    On vacay, no real weights. Also 100 degrees outside! Had to make one up!

    4 flights of stairs
    21 overhead squats w/ 10#
    15 GPU
    9 leg lifts
