finish strong!

    Dripping with sweat. Really hot and humid outside this morning.

    I've been on back to back business trips. Did what I could while traveling. Feels great to be back!

    1 round of KTE on bar- rest on floor
    9# squat extensions for wb
    20# high pull for kb swing
    20 step ups on 18" box for jr

  5. On vacay, no real weights. Also 100 degrees outside! Had to make one up!

    4 flights of stairs
    21 overhead squats w/ 10#
    15 GPU
    9 leg lifts

    Over a minute faster with heavy weights and k2e's on bar instead of on the floor.
