40 Butterfly sit-ups
30 Pull-ups (assist as needed)

    Easing myself back into running. For now I am recommended to only run on a track, so I had no pull up bar. I did push ups instead each round.

    37:12 as rxd. Pullups were band asstd until @end where it was a mix of jumping & band asstd. I waited until 9:30 to start &it was so hot already i really need to get my butt in gear earlier but i just got back off vacation yesterday. Going to run tonight to help get back into shape!
