  1. Completed 6/26/13 WOD earlier today.

    8 rounds:
    10 burpees
    15 jumping lunges
    20 jump ropes
    25m shuttle sprints (5×5)
    90 second rests

    23:01 w/o last rest

    Driving 8 hrs with 3 kids to my sis in law's tomorrow! Hoping to keep up on WODs and run a 5K on July 4th. Will def use this one this coming week. Any other 'traveling WODs' you mamas have used?

  2. I just did "Dirty Thirty" workout from blondeponytail.com this morning. Earlier this week she posted 5 body weight workouts so I picked dirty 30.

    Subbed bfsu for push-ups
    Then did bpu tabata with a twist…push-up, touch right shoulder with left hand while in plank, push-up, touch left shoulder…completed 58!

  5. I did the same WOD as the Andrews Family as I needed to workout before it was posted. Did this on Friday with the sprints.


    Pushed myself to do all BPU!
