  1. 29:05, outside wod, 15" box
    1:45 faster than last year 🙂

  2. did 4/15 WOD today, 6 rounds plus 10 push ups and 30 squats

  3. 27:20
    On last lap of last round of run jumped on treadmill to run a 1 1/2 min of hills. Then ran back to station
    18 inch jumps

  4. 29:34 vs. 35:36
    Arms crossed bsu
    Half box jumps on each round were step up/down 15" box
    Whew! I'm drenched.

  5. 18:17- modified
    Can't run and a little short on time, so walked 1000m once.
    Then 3 rounds of bfsu and step-ups on a 10 inch step.

  6. 26:33 vs 28:14
    This time I did crunches vs bsu (I still can come all the way up without hurting my back)
    I stepped up on 18" box vs 12" jumps/steps last time.

  8. 36:55. Today was just not my day but i got it done! I dont know why i was running so slow to start out but i finished. Took breaks when i needed to so i didn't run into the box. Had tech difficulty with my apps on my phone & an interuption that i stopped timer for. Ah! I got itdone thats all that counts.

    Ran on treadmill – took 1 min walk breaks in the middle of sets 1 and 2, and then alternated walking/running on the third
    Did 45 jump rope instead of box

  10. 25:27 2 extra rounds of bfsu in between bj and runs

    My box jumps were ridiculous. A mix between a step up and a jump. Ugh! I got it done and I'm drenched! Followed it by an interval run and some ab work.

  12. I feel you @ Laura! The runs were my nemesis, though it's 94 degrees in lovely Nebraska already.


    My route total was 3350 meters. So a little more than rx'd.

    Buy in: 20x (plank w/ feet against wall, climb feet up, walking hands towards wall, walk hands back out to plank and push up)
