36:55. Today was just not my day but i got it done! I dont know why i was running so slow to start out but i finished. Took breaks when i needed to so i didn't run into the box. Had tech difficulty with my apps on my phone & an interuption that i stopped timer for. Ah! I got itdone thats all that counts.

My box jumps were ridiculous. A mix between a step up and a jump. Ugh! I got it done and I'm drenched! Followed it by an interval run and some ab work.
