    In other news, I thought when I did thedeadlifts the other day I was doing 65#, found out my husband had had it on 75 woot!

    15# again on Vacation got creative and used two big Costco sized containers of oil as my weights LOL weighed them for a total of 15# no excuses right??

    20 lb SDHP – wish I had a kettle bell for these… could have gone heavier.

    20 lb PP except last two rounds when I did 35 lbs

    Trying to be careful because of my elbow/ligaments hurting so badly.

    Ran about three miles outside…..

    I don't feel good. I got my period. My girls are driving me a bit nutty and we still have 4 more days of school. I did nothing else today. Tomorrow is another day.

    5:21 30# pp. Last time i was a 19 sec longer but started out @40# until round 3 then down to30#. Didn't realize that or else i wouldve gone with higher #.
