Had to drop down to 5# for some of the push press

In other news, I thought when I did thedeadlifts the other day I was doing 65#, found out my husband had had it on 75 woot!

  2. 6:02
15# again on Vacation got creative and used two big Costco sized containers of oil as my weights LOL weighed them for a total of 15# no excuses right??

  3. 1 mile warm up on elliptical
    90 crunches

Bar only- went slow- abs engaged and practiced form
20# bench press- laid on back knees

  4. 5:19 as rx'd. Liked that one!

    Then redid 12/12/13.
    3 mo postpartum – 7:10
    9 mo postpartum – 6:04
    Oh yeah!

  5. First HIIT mamas workout: 7:27 with 20 lbs for both. Went by fast!

  6. 9:43. Did 20lbs both exercises on first set but from second set to end did 16lbs on ush press.

  7. 7:05 with 30# for both

Compared to 5:42 last time with 30# SDLHP and 20# PP.

  8. 12:35
    20 lbs
after 2 mile run and lots of lunges I thought I'd do this work out. What was a I thinking! 🙂

  9. 5:00 flat.

20 lb SDHP – wish I had a kettle bell for these… could have gone heavier.

20 lb PP except last two rounds when I did 35 lbs

Trying to be careful because of my elbow/ligaments hurting so badly.

    Ran about three miles outside…..

  10. 6:11
20# for each. Nothing to compare to.

I don't feel good. I got my period. My girls are driving me a bit nutty and we still have 4 more days of school. I did nothing else today. Tomorrow is another day.

  11. 5:21 30# pp. Last time i was a 19 sec longer but started out @40# until round 3 then down to30#. Didn't realize that or else i wouldve gone with higher #.

  12. 7:15 40# for the 21 round, then 30# the rest. That was really hard today! DONE!
