150 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball

*You
should be aiming for an approximate 10 foot target on the wall. For
those of you stuck inside without a 10 foot wall to use, you can sub
with 20 lb thrusters.

  1. 11:45 with 12 lb wallball
    Was going to do baby Karen with 100 wall balls but I pushed ahead. I did wallballs in sets of 25 with max rest time to watch my breathing.

    Overhead squat extensions. I had a target on wall behind my head. 5# hand weights.
    Worked on tight abs and control on extending

  3. 10:31 with 20 # thrusters. Many breaks due to phone calls and kids.
