no caffeine 
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake
3 glasses of water a day

    Started with #30 for power cleans, but shoulder was bothering me so switched to #20 for last 4 rounds

    Worked on getting my squats really deep.

    Then I ran:

    750m 3:38
    500m 2:11

    Squat was LOOOWWW 🙂

    Ran 5.25 miles. Sprinted the last quarter of every mile. Trying to get into racing shape… 🙂

  6. 1 hr of Zumba and then 9:25; squats below parallel, 20# cleans.

    Lots of squats = cute booty!
