    @Sheri Joslyn: The front squat require that you position your weights on the front of your shoulders with your elbows up (if using a bar it will go under your chin). If you scroll down on the page there are links to the different exercises to help you with form if my description isn't clear. Happy squatting!

    compare to 14:53 last year.
    this one always looks fairly harmless until you get into it.
