  11. Can someone tell me the difference between the weighted squat from Monday and today's front squat? Thanks!

  12. @Sheri Joslyn: The front squat require that you position your weights on the front of your shoulders with your elbows up (if using a bar it will go under your chin). If you scroll down on the page there are links to the different exercises to help you with form if my description isn't clear. Happy squatting!

  13. Whoops! Just noticed this was supposed to be a front squat. Mine were back squats. Oh well!

  14. Ok I got the front squat down but it's also the way I did the weighted squats the same way.

    this one always looks fairly harmless until you get into it.
