    5:15, 45# bar, only rested 1:30 between each and curled the bar while "resting"

    Today is the first day in 2 months that I can extend and not feel it in my sciatic nerve! So happy for that!

    Followed with mini murph as well- some mods:

    30 girl pu/ 30 push press
    60 squats
    Elliptical

  6. Happy Memorial Day Mamas! I miss all of you so much. Posting these WODs and not being allowed to do them is torture only a Hiit Mama could understand. I am 2 months post op now and my surgeon is allowing me to start isolated lower body exercises.
    100 squats
    100 lunges
    Done. Not timing because I have to go slow and take it easy and be very strict on form.
    I'm coming back!!

    Definitely felt the weight but could have used more weight.
    3 mile trail run earlier in the day.

  10. I have been thinking of you Jenni, wondering how your healing was going. Glad you are able to at least start being a bit active. (And THANK YOU for keeping on posting!)

    I timed each round.
    70 LB FS
    1:28 – 21
    :38 – 15
    :20 – 9

    Then

    15 Pull ups
    20BPU
    25 BSU
    35 Sec of HS

    Ran 400m sprints with 400 M recoveries x 4 . Then 1 mile of hills.

  12. I'm a day behind. I ran 3.5 miles on 5/26 followed by a ton of yard work. I did 5/26 WOD on 5/27:
