    Overhead extensions for DL
    Finished with a minute left- so did 10 more extensions & 10 lunges each leg

    Must wake up earlier! So hot and humid here!

  4. Considering the lightning and rain pouring down in my yard, I had to forego running. Instead, I did 21-15-9 of 65lb deadlifts, push-ups (all boy), and squats.

    Then I did yesterdays wod and 5 min. practice of double-unders.

    Then ran 2 miles in 14:40 and a half mile cool down.
    Total 4.5 miles

    5 complete rounds going about 15 seconds over timer.
    All runs on treadmill at 7.5

    1. Faster than last years and I was only doing 40lb Deadlifts. ๐Ÿ™‚ feels great. This week is one year that I've been following these wods!!!

  10. I got 5 rounds in plus an extra 17 deadlifts in as my time was almost done and I wanted to finish off the time constructively.

    Plus, first two rounds I did 200 single jump rope subs, the last three I subbed 50 double unders.

  11. Did Tuesday wod since I missed that day, added 50 dl to make up for todays.

    90 lb deadlifts
    Vs. 3 rounds +200 meters 90lb deadlifts
