15:57 for the first 10 then I decided to go ahead and workout for a full 25 minutes and did 8 more with 60 second rests. My birthday was on Monday so I have to burn off some extra cake calories. I haven't missed a workout this round but I keep forgetting to post my times.

    1.93 miles in 15mins

    total with rest 30mins

I can't count and run at the same time lol, so I ran at 8.0 mph for 1:30mins for 10 rounds.

I did it at about a 6:45 min/mi pace. I'm not sure how long each of the sprints took.

Had to also do 0.04 mile = 210 ft. About 14s each. Ran 10.0 on the treadmill. Will have to do this outside to get any faster!

Ok i totally read this wrong &did 200 meters rather than feet! I couldn't understand how people were running 200 meters in 18 seconds, even my highschooler couldn't run the 100 that fast lol, then i re- read the instructions & felt so dumb! So here's my scores for 200 METERS:
    1:11

Oh my gosh!!! I did it wrong too! I did 200 meters or roughly 1.25 miles in 20 minutes including rests! Although I didn't always rest the full 90 sec. 200 feet would've been soooo much better!!!

Completed on 5/8 after 5/8 wod. Did 20 rounds on the treadmill from a speed if 10-12 adding 1 each set. Rounds were an average if 14 sec with 15 seconds of rest between sets. Dreaded this wod but loved it! Would love to do it on a track! Then body pump.

Pat and Maria – we did this on the treadmill and went for 100 meters and added incline every time…then did a core workout
