21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
Front squats, 30-40 lbs

  1. Possibly too soon to workout after having my wisdom tooth out on Friday….lots of breaks needed

    for a pathetic time of 21:16

    Did squats (no weight)

    No burpees

    Recovering from disc injury. Currently going through Physical Therapy…been given the ok for low impact and as long as it doesn't hurt I can try it.

    After 6 weeks…feels good to be active again!

  8. Ran 2 miles, than 15 mins. of stadiums, and than another 2 miles.

    I tried doing a few hspu, but I felt sick and lightheaded. Does anyone else have that problem? Any advice?

    I'm really hoping there are no squats or burpees tomorrow! 🙂

  13. Oh. Also had to chase down an escaped kid in the middle.

  14. 13:18. Push ups on 24 in box. 95# back squats full burpees with jump. Then taught half of body pump.

    felt like my body was stuck in cold molasses. But i didn't quit.

  16. 12:45. Hspu off bed, 20# squats.
    I can't tolerate being upside down either and I was a gymnast!! My head feels like it's going to explode.

  17. Wow. Really bad, emotional day. (Had some really sad/bad news this morning. Cried half the day.) So I wasn't full energy.

    HSPU with feet on TM bars – tried some modified ones against the wall, but it was a no go.
    40 Lb FS

    Then ran 4 miles. 3 being 400m sprints with 400m recovery runs in between.

    Hoping tomorrow will be better.

  18. 10:54. 40# front squats. Leaning handstand against door.

  19. 10:56 5 tiny wall stand push-ups & rest gpu, 20#,& step back burpees.
