21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
Front squats, 30-40 lbs
Burpees

Post time to comments.

    Recovering from disc injury. Currently going through Physical Therapy…been given the ok for low impact and as long as it doesn't hurt I can try it.

    After 6 weeks…feels good to be active again!

    I tried doing a few hspu, but I felt sick and lightheaded. Does anyone else have that problem? Any advice?

    I'm really hoping there are no squats or burpees tomorrow! 🙂

    felt like my body was stuck in cold molasses. But i didn't quit.

    I can't tolerate being upside down either and I was a gymnast!! My head feels like it's going to explode.

    Wow. Really bad, emotional day. (Had some really sad/bad news this morning. Cried half the day.) So I wasn't full energy.
    Half mile warm up

    HSPU with feet on TM bars – tried some modified ones against the wall, but it was a no go.
    40 Lb FS

    Then ran 4 miles. 3 being 400m sprints with 400m recovery runs in between.

    Hoping tomorrow will be better.
