    1st round box jumps and rest were step up and downs (need more support up top for box jumps), 20 lb for squat cleans. I'm dripping sweat in a cold basement and loving it!

    15" box (was 12")
    35# (was 30×2, 20×2)
    What a difference a year makes!!

    2 rounds burpees. 1 round frog jumps. 1 round reverse burpee
    20" squat clean.

    I practiced the box jump on my 15" safe and as soon as I turned the timer on my brain took over. I will conquer this fear I have! We leave for vacation tomorrow. I'm going to do what I can but for the most part I'll be chasing the kids and getting a tan! Have a great week mamas!

    16:41. 14" box (tallest I have), full burpees, 20# cleans.

    Forgot to factor in wobbly legs and tripped on a box jump round two! Thankfully caught myself and made sure to jump higher.

    Happy Birthday Dylan! My oldest just turned six and is such a mature little fellow these days. 🙂

    Higher jump this year and 45# compared to 15# last year.
