Then I ran 2K followed by a 500m and then finished off with 10 more burpees. Feeling a little tired today. I cut out gluten over the weekend and I think my body is happy about it but a little fatigued from detoxing. Hopefully by next week I will have my energy back.

My timer didn't start, but I did it. So excited to have a running WOD on a nice day when I can actually run outdoors! As rx'd.

Ran 1 mile to warm up.
