In honor of U.S. Army Specialist David Wayne Taylor, 20, of Dixon, Kentucky, who died in Kandahar province, Afghanistan on March 29, 2012, from wounds sustained in an accident at an ammunition supply point.

    10 weeks pregnant
    Had stomach flu on Sunday and Monday. Ugh.

    Subbed stairs for run. (8 up/down stairs for 400m, right?)

    First round my 4.5-year-old joined me… He's pretty fast! And little burpees are adorable!

    Then I ran 2K followed by a 500m and then finished off with 10 more burpees. Feeling a little tired today. I cut out gluten over the weekend and I think my body is happy about it but a little fatigued from detoxing. Hopefully by next week I will have my energy back.

  5. 11:23 I used a bike instead of running and did 2 minutes per round on the bike.

  6. I also completed a WOD from Carrots'n'cake, and it was a good one!

    KB swings, I used a 25# dumbbell
    walking lunges
    situps
    double unders (this was so tough, but I did every single one, even had a string of six at one point!)

    Could've been quicker but had many little kid interruptions.

  9. 15:40 and I'm a sweaty mess. I did two rounds of reverse burpees and two rounds regular.

  10. Haven't run in two years! Having babies messed up my ability to do high impact stuff. Working with a pt on that. Did 20:02 rx, outside.

  11. My timer didn't start, but I did it. So excited to have a running WOD on a nice day when I can actually run outdoors! As rx'd.

    300m runs + 300m extra lap after the last round so that I was only short 100m for the whole WOD.

  13. Ran 1 mile to warm up.

    10:13. Then 2.5 miles more outside.

  14. 13:28 treadmill with 2% incline
    Burpees—sad and slow at the end, but will get better as I go along =)

    Now for a 3 mile rock climbing hike!

    Did 4 rounds of .3 mile and 10 push up jump berpees.

    Little slow. But got it done.

  16. 10:37 I think my 400 wasn't quite long enough, have to add some more to it next time.
