20 Pull-ups (assist as needed)
30 Jumping alternating lunges (30 total)

  1. 5 Rounds & 1 Round through 10 pull ups.

    Did 3 push ups per round from handstand, the rest off the desk

    Deep jumping lunges; touched back knee to the ground.

    PMS is zapping all my stamina. grrr.

  10. 5 rounds. Push ups off bench. Machine assisted pull ups. Then 1.6 miles of 4/3 5k. Then body pump.

  11. 6 or 7 rounds, I was using cards to keep track and I had a pile of six, but I don't remember putting the card on after the last round. Either way I'm happy with the work. Sweaty!
    I actually got 7 handstand pushups, otherwise knees on bench.

    My legs were tired from yesterday! Those were the lamest jumping lunges ever! At least I got my back knee to the ground on almost all of them.

    Legs on bed for HSPU. Really struggled with pull-ups today, first round band assisted, rounds 2 and 3 jumping, remainder chair assisted.

  20. Forced myself to do all boy pushups.
    Jumping pull ups. Slow going down. Although at the end slow was relative.

  21. 5 rounds and thru pull ups on 6th round. Push ups were raised with my feet on my bench and pull ups were chair assisted. My jump lunges were a hot mess but I forced myself to do them and followed it all up with an interval run.

    Mainly though, I need to log that my pull upss were all using the blue band. Getting stronger but till ussing the blue band. Will start out next pull ups with the other band and go back to the blue as needed.

  32. 3 rounds plus an extra round of push ups and lunges, just no pull ups. Pull ups and push ups heavily modified
