Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball
90 Jump rope
30 Pull-ups (assist as necessary)

Compare to 08.29.13

  13. 1 round with 32 sec to spare. Tried a 14# ball but after 75 switched to 10# ball. Used a think black pull up assistance band so I did 60 pull ups. Then 5 dead lifts to knees at 110lbs. Then RPM.

  15. 1 full round plus 40 more wall balls. 10 more wall balls than last time. I had to stop with 8 seconds left. I was going to throw up. I ate McDonald's an hour before working out. Last time I ate McDonald's was nearly a year ago! Not the best fuel for sure!

    Subbed jumping jacks for jump rope and push ups for pull ups. Used a yoga ball for wbs bc I don't have a medicine ball.

  19. 1 Round plus 50 Thrusters

    Ran 1.25 mile warm up. And .75 cool down.

    Did 20lb thrusters for wall ball for 50 reps, then switched to 15lb thrusters with bar for the rest.

    Pull ups assisted with green band.

    Had 15 sec left on the timer, but I didn't want to do any more!

  20. 1 round. I subbed 20lb KB swing for wall ball. Didn't think about thrusters. Push up for pull ups. My daughter was on our bar practicing for gymnastics and I wasn't complaining!
