  4. 15:24. Used my band assist on pull ups. And 1 foot jump burpees….I don't think so. I opted for the 5 inch jump 🙂

    burpees with as high of a jump as I could get (I have no idea how high it was)
    Took LOTS of breaks w/ the burpees and tried to come up with excuses to tell you all why I couldn't finish- but I couldn't find any good ones- so I just finished!

    I had a hard time again with motivation. Started 2 times before I decided to modify.

    10 pull ups in incline poison off treadmill handle
    21 Jump burpees. No push up

    Used my new pull-up bar! It hangs from the floor joist in basement! It makes pull-ups more real (read: difficult!) for me than my over the door pull-up bar since I'm tall with long arms.
    Purple band for 4 rounds

    Band for all pull ups! Yay! Finally did them all! Don't know if I reached 1 foot but jumped as high as I could.

    Subbed no weight yoga ball for medicine ball (don't have one) , pushups for pull ups and jumping jacks for jump rope.

    Still having flu symptoms..the unending illness. But this one made me less nauseated than yesterday, so that's progress!
