Mary: Total time: 16:07. Air squats and varied sit-ups but speedy runs (for me), run time for .49 x 3 on the treadmill was 12:37. I'm happy with this especially after a 7 mile run yesterday! Woohoo!
My lungs are burning since I haven't worked out in over 2 weeks due to the flu. Longest flu season ever! Glad to be back tho!

This is my first workout with your group and my first post baby cross fit work out. I am 8 weeks post partum and was on bed rest for most of my pregnancy, so I haven't really worked out for almost a year. I did cross fit prior to my pregnancy and I also used to run. I started a couch to 5k program 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping your blog will help me get back in shape and ready for my first half marathon in November. Thanks for the opportunity to work out with you ladies and for the motivation 🙂 Happy birthday Mary and Jamie!
Welcome Lauryn! These work outs have definitely gotten me back into pre pregnancy shape and I am faster now then I was before I had my second baby. Good luck!

Finally got up the courage to post my time. I've been following for about two weeks since I had to rearrange my gym time due to family commitments. Loving these workouts and the motivation from everyone!
Ran 2.70 miles– 31 minutes
Squats and sit-ups took about 3-4 minutes
Mary 19:58. Last time i did jamie. Probably shouldve done it just to compare time. Maybe ill do that this weekend!

Jaime-11:39 w/ 200 jump rope sub for each run. I can't imagine my time if I ran.
Also, worked on double-unders. Went for 50 for a total time of4:35. I strung 3 together this time, let myself get out of practice. I could string 5 together not that long ago.

"Mary" plus an extra 50 squats about 17 minutes or so. I timed it out so that I completed the squats and rested until it was two minutes after I completed the 800 meters.

All rounds run with a 3-year-old on my back. (True mama style)
Had to go slow to keep my weights overhead, but glad I did because it worked my core great!
