  1. I did this over weekend. 140 reps. Used 60 lbs for all deadlifts though..

    This morning I did Loren WOD. I was slow and steady today with that. 😉

  2. I did this one last week- I want to try again- but have been doing lots of box jumps and deadlifts lately so I'll save it for later.
    I did 3 RFT:
    15 thrusters
    12 burpees
    9 KTE
    I got almost every rep to my elbows!

  3. 60#, 15" box
    Thru 25 DL +6 box jumps, finished that rd after timer
    bpu tabata for 73 reps
    10# pp tabata for 74 reps

  4. Got through the 30 dl, but maxed out at 45 so I wouldn't have to keep pausing the timer to add weights

  5. I got through to the 50 pounds
    Stepped up and down on an 18in box, I couldn't handle jumping today!

  6. Got through to 25 50lb Deadlifts. Maxed out on 50lbs for sure.

    70 deadlifts and 60 box jumps

  7. Through 30 DL but used 30# for all (except first round).

    Finished with 20 minute HIIT (TurboFire).

  8. Finished 30DL round plus 10DL on last round.
    30# for all and 10" step. Need to get more equipment!

  9. 60# DL (The ends of my weight bar screw on – would take FOREVER to change weights) and 14 in box jumps (tallest I have).

  10. First I did yesterday's workout, 1 mile(7:42)

    Made it through 15 of the 60 DL.

    Ran 2.2 miles to the high school by my house.
    15 mins. of stadiums.
    Ran 2.2 miles home.

  11. made it to 16 on the 60# round but only used 25# through it. Didn't have anything higher.

  12. Used 52# for all DL

    Got through 50# DL round plus 10 box jumps, then finished those after timer.

  13. Finished to 5 Box jumps on final round. Weight as Rx's except did 65 #s instead of 60 . Box jumps on a 14 inch box because that's all I have. Jumped higher but it's not the same….

    Ran 2.5 miles at a tempo pace.

  14. Totally screwed this one up. This is what I did though:

    10 dead lifts; 20#
    15 box jumps (12 inches)
    20 dead lifts; 30#
    15 box jumps
    30 dead lifts; 25# (had to go back down since I could barely hold the 30# dumbbells)

  15. Made it to 13 of 70# DL. Used 60# for 70#. 50# is biggest dumbell I have and couldn't see holding a 50 and 20 on top of each other!

    Ran 4 miles

  16. I did my DL's with 50 lbs, it would take forever to keep switching the weights.
    I made it to 40 DL. Then did 24 min on the elliptical for something extra.

  17. Could only get up to 40# in weight. But got up to the 30 reps & only got 19 reps Done until the timer went off. Also on the 30 rep deadlift I used 30# again instead of 40#. I was starting to hurt;)

    50# DL for all following reps

    Followed by 10 min bike LVL 3
    50 incline sit-up w/ 12#MB

  19. Through the 30 round, 60# dl, finished after the timer

  20. Finished through round 30 deadlifts at 65lbs. and 12 of the box jumps after.
