First time back after a back injury last year and it just figures there would be burppes involved. Lol. Oh, how I have missed a real workout.

Opted for inside workout. Yesterday was in the 80's…today 41! Ran around house for 4 min for each run.

I grumbled when I saw this workout, but got it done!

Brutal is the word. Wanted to finish under 35 and did.

    Half mile warm up

31:09 – only because I ran my butt off. There was no speeding up the burpees. I HATE burpees!

    Half mile cool down.

Also, do you guys just let the timer keep running if you take a breather or stop it until you are ready? I'm assuming you let it run until the workout is complete.

We do not stop the timer for rests….but if one of my kids cones running out of the house bloody, I'm going to pause my workout and pause my timer until I can resume my workout. 😉

I was pretty proud of my time but it looks like I was actually slow. 🙂

38:57 I had to watch the video on how to do burpees….I had never done them before. 🙂 That was easily the hardest workout of my life (to date). My face was still beet red an hour later! I loved it.
