Vi-shake

  no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake

    I got 6 rounds, plus 5 box jumps and 6 cleans. 40# on the cleans.

    I followed this workout with one from my brothers box Solution One Crossfit:

    15 rounds for time:
    5 hand release push-ups
    5 box jumps
    15 double unders

    I finished this horrible workout in 24:03, but I did EVERY SINGLE double under. Woohoo!!

    40# db & box jump as rx'd
    6 rounds plus 5 box jumps

    14" box (tallest I have)
    30# cleans

    Finished 7th round. Usually do 20# cleans! Hurrah for using more weight!

    Worked on Kipping pull ups. Can do 1 or two at a time. Ya me.

    Then 6 rounds + 3 Box jumps.

    45 lb bar for clean.

    Ran 2 miles in 14:05. Fastest Post pregnancy time yet. Another half mile to cool down.

    Still have some crazy congestion but I'm hoping the workouts will start to burn this stuff out!

    finished the 6th round, was going for 6 rounds almost got it. Next time!

  15. 5 rounds. My legs are so sore from Fridays wod box jumps. I had to make that one up and man I could barely stand gettin out of bed. The thought of doing more box jumps was just crazy to me so I subbed 10 squats for box jumps (didn't matter) and 30# for cleans
