Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups (assist as needed)

  1. 3 rds + 50 squats + 6 gpu
    Bpu rds 1-2, gpu rd 3
    Chair assist

  2. 3 rounds + 45 squats
    Completed 4 rounds in 14:07

  3. 3 rds squats and push-ups. Did third rd of pull-ups after time was up.
    All boy push-ups and almost butt to floor squats.
    Band assisted pull-ups.

  4. Ran 4 miles
    Then 2 rounds plus 50 squats and 16 push-ups. Only second times using band for pull-ups. I can only do like 3 or 4 at a time. I def need to practice them

  5. 3 rounds plus squats and 3 push ups
    Pull ups were all band assisted, which is what slowed me down, but I am determined to get better at them.

  6. 3 rounds + 41 squats
    Chair assist pull ups

  7. My dang timer didn't go off so I did 4 rounds in around 15 mins.

    GPU and chair asst pull ups.

  8. 4 rounds plus 4 squats
    Purple band on all pull ups.
    Better score and harder band this time around vs last time 🙂

  9. 3 Rounds Plus

    10 Push UPs

    Used Blue Band on Pull Up's
    Standard Push Ups

  10. 2 rounds plus 25 pushups.

    Wow I felt like a lead weight today. I blame cramps and my bloated whale status! 😉

  11. 2 rounds.
    Gpu and jumping pull-ups
    Felt weak today – recovering from bug.

  12. 3 round plus 50 squats and 10 push ups
    Pull ups chair assisted, except for first 7

  13. I committed to doing all BPU for the first time. So I had to take many breaks but I realized that GPU where cheating my core from some good planking and I'm not getting any closer to BPU.

    2 rounds plus squats
    Butt to floor.

  14. Three rounds + squats
    Subbed butterfly sit-ups for pull-ups

  15. Almost 3
    2 rounds plus 9 assisted PU
    Inclined PU
    Below parallel Sqt
    Pre core 4 miles

  16. 3 rounds + 49 squats. Then finished off rest if fourth round. Low pull ups and feels easier than last week!

  17. 3 rounds plus squats and 20 push-ups. All bpu, some pull-ups with medium assist the rest were reverse pull-ups using rings.

    My husband built a squat rack with pull up bar. No excuses for me not to work on my pull-ups now!!

  18. 2 full rounds + additional set of squats and PU's
    10 mi bike ride for extra cardio

    Lori- 2 rounds plus squats and 12 push ups
