I subbed 2 minutes of jump rope for the running; too icy outside to run.

    250 single JR
25 pull ups with band set low
    282 JR
    26 burpees
    264 JR
    52 BSU

QUESTION of the DAY: Do you have a song that gets you though those burpees?
What is it? Share your favorite workout song(s); I'll make a spotify playlist for us.

My burpee song is 'The Distance' by Cake.

Subbed jump rope- streets refroze- ready for warmer temps this weekend!

    Pull ups- 27 ( jumping)
    JR- 254

I give credit to James Family for her 30 burpees. I will do them during commercials and I've become faster and they're not so bad.
I have Roar by Katy Perry on my list, Counting Stars by One Republic & Imagine Dragons. They get me moving!

Julie happy that I inspired you to improve on your burpees. They have been weakness so I started adding them to the end of my workout to get better at them.

And I LOVE the burpee music playlist idea! I usually listen to something that I can focus on the words. Sometimes I listen to Eye of the Tiger or I Will Survive 😉
