    20# press, time to move up weight
    When doing supermans are you suppose to feel it all in your lower back? That's where I feel it not sure I'm doing it right

  2. 8:05. Used 35# for first 10 push press of each round then went down to 15#. Then RPM.

    Should have gone for a run but I'm going to make up the 10K on Saturday and I figure I can rest a little today.

    1. Ha! I did not workout at 1:30am. I have no idea why the time says that. Maybe I remembered at 1:30am to post? I am a night owl.
