21 Push press, 20-30 lbs
27 Body surfers (curled leg supermans)
27 Butterfly sit-ups

    20# press, time to move up weight
    When doing supermans are you suppose to feel it all in your lower back? That's where I feel it not sure I'm doing it right

  2. 8:05. Used 35# for first 10 push press of each round then went down to 15#. Then RPM.

    7 kipping pullups with band assist

    Should have gone for a run but I'm going to make up the 10K on Saturday and I figure I can rest a little today.

  6. 8:29. 30# push press. Had a sinus infection ealier this week & just getting back to working out. Really missed it & eating right!

    1. Ha! I did not workout at 1:30am. I have no idea why the time says that. Maybe I remembered at 1:30am to post? I am a night owl.

    rest as rx'd had to really push myself through 30lb presses but I'm glad to have done so.

    Started with 20 lbs went down to 16 lbs.
    Rest as RX'd. 🙂

  11. 8:31 did at home. Subbed 20lb Kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls for push press
    Shoveled snow again!!
