    30 power cleans 30lbs

  3. Did this workout this morning because it was on crossfit.com.

    I used 40 lbs for power cleans (although I would love to get the form down)
    14:23 was my time.

    Not happy with my time. I usually workout in the morning, but waited until tonight to do this. Big mistake, lots of interpretations from my kids. Plus my allergies are really bad right now and I had to keep stopping because I couldn't catch my breath. Also no running today.

    20 lb cleans. I feel awkward also! I feel like I did something incorrect here. I'm usually not among the fastest.
