1 mile Run
100 Push-ups
200 Butterfly sit-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and
finish with a mile run.

  1. Yucky weather, no treadmill
    400 jump rope instead of run
    4 sets: 25 bpu,50 bfsu, 75 squats
    400 jump rope

    Broke pushups, sit ups, and squats into 3 sets

    Ran outside (18 degrees…brrrr)
    all boy push ups

    I did 10 sets (10, 20, 30)

    Typically I will do the "original" CF workout. However, I wasn't tempted to do 100 pull ups and 200 push ups today.

    Snow covered roads- so I subbed 800 jump ropes for each run
    Broke into sets of 4

  5. 41:40
    Broke it up into 3 sets.
    Sets 2 and 3 did jumping pull ups instead of push-ups.

    3 mile run
    30 burpees

  6. Snow storm outside and my jump rope kept hitting the ceiling, so…

    9 minutes fake jump roping/dancing
    Broke everything into 4 sets
    9 minutes again fake jump roping/dancing

    I'm glad no one was there to witness my jump rope dance sequences!

    Checking my readyness for this Saturdays heavenly half. Will get back on track.

    Waited till the end of my day since it was foggy and rainy. Spent all afternoon walking around the aquarium and wasn't sure I was going to have the energy to get through this. Should have done it first thing.

  12. Didn't record my time. I broke it up throughout the day b/c of my schedule. Ran 2.5 mi. Did all of the wod.

    Lots of interruptions from my kids
    Subbed c2 rower for running since all the kids were up.

  16. Just checked my 2013 score & im 53 sec faster this time! I broke it into 5 sect last time vs 4 this time. Either way ill take it even if its just seconds lol

    30 minutes for PU, BFSU, SQ- broke into 10 rounds. Butt to floor squats and GPU.

    Sub 8 min jump rope for run. Weather was -16. Can't wait for spring to come.

    Approximately 7 minutes faster than last time. Pretty great!
    Broke into 5 rounds. 800 jump rope for each mile. The last jump rope set was a comedy of errors.

    Did 5 BPU 5 GPU every round.

    1st mile was 7:28, 2nd mile was around 7:45.
    Half mile warm up / cool down.

    Glad that's over with!
