50 reps for time of:
Burpee/Push-up/Jumping-Jack/Butterfly Sit-up

*Do 1 burpee, then 1 push-up, then 1 jumping jack, then 1 sit-up, then repeat 50 times.

    Did real pushups. I though this one looked fun. Then I actually did it. ha ha.

    Push-up on burpee
    Arms crossed on bsu
    The sequence took me a bit to find a rhythm- felt like I basically did two burpees in a row.
    Good one though- had to lie on floor to catch my breath!

    Used handstand stands and arms crossed on bsu. Felt like I was just flopping around 🙂

    Yes Julie, it was basically two burpees in a row! Geesh. I thought I'd breeze through this one, the rhythm got me for sure.

    push ups on knees

    Saw everyone was having a hard time with rhythm. Switched it to burpee – jumping jack – push up – sit up and had a great rhythm!

  9. 12:41 burpee with push-up, jumping jack and then knees to elbow instead of sit up due to bruised tailbone from last weeks wod. Was more fluent that way anyway.

    GPU

    Had a hard time finding a rhythm at first but by the end I had it down. I was very tempted to change the order of the exercise but remembered it's more than just about time. Up down up down. Great workout!

  11. 16:08 that was not rhythmic so I switched to burpee, JJ, pu, bsu and still lost count.

  12. 18:20 and couldn't keep track of what i was on or what number i was on. started doing burpee-push up-jacks-sirups then got mixed up to sit up-jack-push-up-burpee. oh well

    All the time I had + hacking like crazy trying to finally get over this cold!
    Assumed exercises didn't flow on purpose.

  14. 14:45 pushups with burpees and all BPU.

    Then I ran 2.5 miles and then my baby woke up so that was that.

    No push up on burpees.

    Did 50 burpees, then 50 bpu, 50jj and 50bfsu.

  16. 15:43.

    Several interruptions from son wanting to run on treadmill and needing help.
    Also push ups with all burpees, in addition to push up following it.

  17. 30 reps in 18 minutes had to stop for a crying kid.
    Then ran 3 miles after she went to sleep.

  18. 12:19 but mostly girl push-ups
    Burpees I hit the deck.
    I must have done something wrong judging by everyone's times. Oh well- I'm sweating and I was breathing hard'

  19. 20:10 as rxed. Full body pushups concentrated on precise form for each movement.
